When I originally spoke with Emily & John about their wedding and Emily mentioned that she really wanted to do an engagement session at her parent’s lavender farm, Slate Hill Flower Farm, I was like, YES, YES, YES!!! I love when couples pick a location that has meaning to them and is part of their story. I learned while there, it was the location where John proposed to Emily as well! The other awesome part of the session was that they had their fur family members, Mia & Millie, along to be part of the photos. As a fellow dog lover, I was so grateful we were able to have their puppies along and they were included in a few of the photographs. I’m so excited for their spring wedding next year at The Saratoga Mansion!
